- Role Description The Marketing Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing plans, assisting in market analysis for futures, forex, and derivative products, and contributing to brand awareness initiatives. The trainee will help coordinate promotional activities, prepare marketing materials, and participate in client outreach and educational events. Daily tasks include collaborating with senior marketing staff, monitoring campaign performance, handling basic customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of marketing activities. The role is designed to provide structured training and hands-on experience, preparing the trainee for future responsibilities in marketing management within the brokerage industry.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data and support decision-making.
