Responsibilities
Manage customer request in the mill site
Provide technical report both to customer and direct superior
Responsible for equipment operation, the regular inspection of related equipment in Power Boiler Area
Ensure spare part services is based on customer requested
As a technical team for strategic business growth
Adhere to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure workplace safety and Health policies, procedures and regulations are followed
Responsible for personal safety while working
Tasklist
Visiting customer bi-weekly basis
Doing services based on PO from customer
Ensure technical services is completed in Power Boiler area
Reporting technical what has been done
